Peskanov Piano Concerto No. 11 (Concert Fantasy), arranged for two pianos
The composer entitled this concerto “Concert Fantasy” since it is not written in a traditional format, and all three movements are written in different keys. Thus, it is filled with compositional freedom and inventiveness. Each movement represents a different mood, and incorporates contrasting rhythms. Piano Concerto No. 11 rises to the level of standard piano repertoire, while still being accessible to young pianists.
